I was trying to find the correct Velco to attach sales promotions to the wall. There's some many choices. Sales persons was very helpful in deciding which one out of 50 or so selections that I needed.

I had an Amazon return. Yesterday, I waited in line & when I got to the head, the employee pointed to the door. He didn't say anything, just kept pointing at the door. He eventually explained that the Amazon machine was down. So rude. Today the line was much longer. When I got to the head, another employee went to another register to serve a copy & print customer. The store policy is to serve paying customers first, then Amazon returns. Don't shop here.

Location is good. Good sized store and selection. BUT they are "understaffed" (not paying employees enough? Bad manager?) and don't keep their Amazon returns counter open (actually it's never been open whenever I try to return things, so I doubt it's actually operational).

Will never go there again. Called to ask if amazon return was back up and running. Man was rude on phone, like I was interrupting something more important than his job when I called, hung up on me as I was saying goodbye.... so later that same day, went in did my returns. Lady looked and sounded annoyed that I was there. She scanned my boxes, and threw them in the big boxes on the floor. I said something about it. Her response was "it's just going to a place where the stuff gets auctioned off"

A very nice man helped me with recycling ink cartridges, batteries and shredding. Then I purchased a printer and he rang that up for me. Extremely pleasant employee.
