uBreakiFix

Horrible service! Spoke to them on the phone about a Google phone issue that they are hired by Google to be the only authorized warranty repair center. They told me to bring it in and that it would be covered under warranty. I arrived at the store 30 minutes later and they changed from free to $399.00 Google is stating that uBreakiFix is obligated by a contract to fix my phone under warranty but this uBreakiFix location disagrees. *My Google phone had no damage and was in perfect condition other than the battery defect that Google instructed me to have fixed under warranty at their contracted repair center uBreakiFix. After reporting my experience to Google, they apologized for the lack of response from uBreakiFix and shipped me a replacement phone.

Excellent store! Zane helped me over the phone and offered to take a look at my projector and see what was wrong. They really don’t do projector repairs but Zane went out of the way to help me! He also did not charge me for diagnostics. I will definitely be using this store for future repairs.

I waited a while to write this review to see how the job held up. I went in for a consultation for my phone and it needed a part ordered. They give you two choices; leave your phone there until they fix it, or put a down payment on the part and take your phone with you. I chose the down payment. Part came in 3-4 days, went back the day it arrived, and picked up my phone 4 hours later. I recommend you give them a backup phone number, or request they email you when the repair is finished. They did an excellent job with my phone. It's held up quite nicely and everything works the way it should again. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Staff was very friendly, made excellent conversation, and did everything quickly and well. The only fault I could find is that they push thier subscription service really hard and while it does sound great they may wanna ease up. Overall a great and reliable place, good people, excellent service.

Manager David runs this shop solo and he's the best! He's an expert who knows his stuff and works hard to provide the best in customer service. My repair was done in less than a day and he saved me $250 by pointing out that my Assurion-replaced screen was still under warranty. Highly recommended!

Technician (David) was fantastic! Work was completed quickly and done well. I was told repair would take 90 minutes and it was done in less than 60 minutes. Price for repair was also fair and less than my deductible would have been. Highly recommend!
