Excellent service by Brain and his team! They did a great job replacing my laptops battery with very fast service! They had it replaced and ready for pickup within one day after receiving the part. Highly recommend Tech Bench!

First let me say I have been coming here for 13 years and I have NEVER been disappointed! This is a very small place in a microstrip center on the west side of Woodward Avenue just north of 14 mile Road in Birmingham. I started coming here to get my computer fixed many years ago. I have been a regular ever since. About 12 years ago I purchased a Dell brand new computer from tech bench. They upgraded the ram and put in a solid-state hard drive before I ever took it home. It was the most reliable computer I have ever purchased. So recently, when it was time to purchase a new computer I had no hesitation and knew exactly where to go. Tech Bench! The people here are both friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Much more than anyone I have ever seen! Don’t bother with a box store or online. Come here first and save yourself a lot of grief and aggravation!

Absolutely recommend!! I had an outdated computer and they helped me through the process of purchasing a new computer. I am not tech savvy and they answered all of my many, many questions, transferred info to the new computer and my new system is up and running! They made the process easy. Great team at Tech Bench!
