We bought our daughter a new phone to replace the one that had a broken and unusable screen on it and could not get the service set up because of the broken screen on the old phone. The owner was SUPER helpful and polite. At the end of the day, we couldn't get her new phone set up, no fault of his, we had to go directly to service provider to make it work. He wasn't going to charge me anything because he didn't "fix" the problem... I still paid some money because he was extremely helpful and took almost an hour and a half out of his day to try fixing the problem. I will continue to go here, and send anyone here that needs help with this kind of thing. Great place, with an owner that actually cares!

Sold us a laptop 3 days ago. Was told it was in great working order and knew it was for a Christmas gift. It is not in good working order. Called twice and left a voicemail as well texted the number provided on the voicemail per the instructions saying to text this other number when they are out of the office. Have not gotten a call or text back. Do not recommend using this place for anything.

First off let me say the owner is nice enough but I took my computer here roughly three weeks ago for a sporadic overheating issue when it was under load. I figured while I’m having him work on it I’d ask to have the RAM upgraded to 32GB. I was initially told it would be roughly 3 days. He didn’t look at it for about a week. He said it wasn’t having any issues, but he’d replace the thermal paste for it. After three weeks waiting for this thing to be done I had to go get it. I was falling behind on my classes and work so it couldn’t wait any longer to have this thing back. Upon turning it on it immediately overheats just from booting. I called him and told him and once again he tells me it wasn’t having an issue which clearly isn’t the case. He said I could bring it back the next day and he’d look at it again. I just paid $120 for some RAM he didn’t install and thermal paste that wasn’t applied correctly. Three weeks. Picture of the thermal paste provided courtesy of the other repair guy. Edit: I took it to a guy in Cadillac and it was fixed in one day.

Hidden Gem in the North part of BIG Rapids. Very friendly and helpful. Answers the phone when you call. Great selection of used computers! So glad I found this place, support local it's very important and in this case certainly worth it!

Sold Me a used laptop that wont charge and won't turn on now and the spacer bar didn't work He said there's no warranty on used laptops but when I bought it they told Me it had a life time warranty and that was a lie.
