Wow, talk about customer service! Brandon went above and beyond to help me with an Amazon return. I couldn't navigate the printer for a label and he could see I was visibly frustrated and stepped in to help. So grateful for Brandon's support.

The copy center has changed its policy. I stopped at the store to get basic black and white prints of 4 one page docs. They said the new store policy is to come back in one hour. They will no longer complete any order on the spot as they stated to me. I do significant annual business with staples but now have moved all my business to FedEx and it turns out to be much less expensive.

SHOPPERS BEWARE. Came in to print some items that I’ve had printed before. Described the items, and what I needed to have printed, and was told to come back in the morning because the girl that works in the morning has “been here forever and can help you.” I came in at 9am to get these items printed before I had to be to work, and was met with hostility, rudeness, and dismissal. I didn’t even get a goodbye or a have a good day. I was just shoved off. This is the second time I’ve been told one thing by one employee, and something completely different by another. These people should be ashamed of themselves for wasting peoples time like this. I can’t believe I’m the only one this has happened to.
