I've purchased several used video game systems from 1UP and numerous games. I have been absolutely clueless each time. Staff is always knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. This store is always our go to.

I have to edit this review due to the horrible customer service that my 10 year olds Dad and my 10 yr old son withstood while trying to conduct a fair business trade/transaction. I literally use to love this game store! But ever since they totally took advantage of my son's father. Said he just wanted to walk out with a Wii remote and ended up leaving without one and totally getting jipped on the stack of games that he was trading for the Wii remote. Not very honest staff/employees there. The guy is always making you feel like you're bothering him if you have a simple question too. Sad, sad! Hopefully the owner handles this matter and gets new, honest employees in there again

Ive been going thru this place since it opened for game system and phone repairs. Everything has always been done right and i havent had to return/ exchange any items i ever purchased. Great store!

I highly recommend this place!!! I took my dead ipad in knowing I either needed a new battery or a new charging port. Although I would've paid whatever it took to fix it and not known any better, the young man working did a little research on my ipad and informed me that Apple was no longer supporting the device. He also explained what that lack of support from Apple would eventually mean for my apps and how my ipad would/would not function. He could have very easily just taken my product in, changed whatever needed to be changed to get it working, let me pay over $100 for the repair, and then let me learn on my own that the ipad would soon stop working and be junk. VERY THANKFUL for his honesty and forthrightness! Most thankful that he obviously cares more about his customers than the almighty dollar! THANK YOU ZACK! 1up Games and Repair will be my go to now on for all electronic repairs.
