If zero were an option I would have chosen it. I have used the Amazon return counter multiple times and each time have received rude customer service. Today was the worst with nasty tone, body language and facial expressions. Although she told me her name was Audrey her coworker told me her name was Taylor. I was also told by the other coworker that they have reported her to the general manager, Tom Coward several times. Apparently, he doesn't care since there are also multiple negative reviews. It seems that the owner doesn't care since he makes apologies yet nothing changes. Oh well. I like everyone else can shop elsewhere. I recently purchased a laptop and printer from the same location and would return it if it were still within the window. Hopefully this little girl will close them right up since based on the previous reviews they've had multiple chances to clean it up. Her parents must be so proud.

I did a Amazon return for the first time. I don't know how to do it. The young lady that waited on me was very rude, inpatient. And had Attitude. I was going to do some shopping, but At THIS Store. I've managed major Department Stores and the Young People Needs More Training on how to Treat People. I needed a Printer, Paper and supplies. I even thought about looking at a laptop. But NOT at THIS STORE. Her Attitude Cost the store MONEY!!!!

Amazing help from the 2 young ladies who not only did their job, but went out of their way to assist me with my issue. Just great to run into good service from people who go beyond "that's not my job" attitude. I love going into staples from returning Amazon to coping, faxing, turning in old ink cartridges, buying office supplies to cleaning products. The best part is as I just mentioned, great service.

I have never experience any issues with staff. During none of the visits I have made to the store. Of the 10 years I have been costumer. When it comes to exchanges refunds or online pick ups. With each in person visit I make to the store. I always find the merchandise or merchandises I need. Without having to make several other in person visits later on.

I love Staples! The selection of office products is excellent and the prices are competitive. They provide next day delivery for many items, which is helpful when working from home.
