Andre the technician did a fantastic job resolving my battery issue on my iPhone SE. I am very much attached to this model phone and did not want to replace or upgrade it. He took the extra time to order the exact battery as there were three different years for my model. He was professional, courteous, and had a sincere way about him which made this experience more than just business as you could see, he took personal pride in making me happy and resolving my phone issue. Andre helped in taking out a stuck screw in MacBook air while i was replacing the display. He has a good skill with tight screws which I couldn’t myself. Thanks a lot

First time customer, my fiance brought her phone to be fixed. They attempted to replace the battery and the screen, neither worked and we did not get to keep either part. The process took one hour and we were charged 50 dollars. I called and I admit, I was pretty upset and not the kindest. I explained that I didn't think it was fair to be charged fifty dollars for one hour of work without any kind of fix or even getting to keep the battery. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and the gentleman said that he was the only person. We were offered no other option than paying 200 dollars for a new motherboard.

I had issues with my i phone 15 charging and needed to get it looked at, so when I finished shopping at Meijers I quickly passed the newly opened store and then remembered my phone needs to be looked. Rob greeted me as soon as I walked in and quickly looked at the phone and provided a full cleaning. Phone charger now plugs in properly and charges. I was in out in less than 10 minutes. Rob was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place! and so convenient.

Went in with a faulty battery. My battery service came on multiple times, then eventually just stopped working. Dropped my phone off, came back an hour later and they said changing the battery and fixing the screen did not fix the problem. Charged me 50$ for an hour of their time… yeeesh. I’d try else where.
