I visited Staples to #1 recycle electronics, including tree lights, and printer cartridges, #2 to buy flash drives so I can share scanned photos with relatives, and #3 address labels. Staff was helpful and assisted me with all of my goals for the visit. Checkout was quick and easy.

This store is the best for convenience, and array of products for sure! They also are now a drop off for Amazon returns - and give you a store coupon when you do! Sweet! A couple other personal experiences: I recently had an immediate need for ink cartridges after hours. Ordered online and it was ready at store opening next morning! Yowsa! Also: Needed immediate copies of paper-size posters. Employee stepped over to help me through the self serve equipment. Every single employee here is kind, helpful and professional! Shop here for sure!

I found and bought what I was looking for. Easy to pay. I asked if I could order an item at the cashier desk, yes, you can. So, today I did. All easy, and the cashier you have is an excellent guy, extremely helpful and cooperative. A great, great values for Staples.

Literally awful. Went to staples for wedding printing of programs, name cards, and thank yous. First, it took two hours to even work with the person working in the print center. He also very clearly didn’t care nor wanted to be there. Eventually, after 2 hours of him “working on it” he said I could pick up everything the next day at 6:30 pm. My sister went to pick it up and was told the order was actually sent to New York cause it was too big and couldn’t tell us when it would be back and completed. The only good thing about the place is Chris in printing services. He profusely apologized when it wasn’t his fault. He helped us get refunded and was working his butt off helping other customers. He did everything he could to help the situation. I ended up having to go somewhere else for printing.

It seems the print and copy center closes earlier than the rest of the store, despite the hours for the print center NOT being posted anywhere in store or on their website that I could find. I waited at the counter to pick up my order for about 10 minutes, and no employees came to help me. If the print center was closed, an associate could have at least let me know. The business I work for will be getting our signage printed elsewhere in the future.
