I have taken my computers to Computer Alley for years. They have provided me and my wife with excellent service and always returned my computer fixed and working faster. How can you get better service. Plus their prices are very reasonable. .I give them a 6 Stars rating.

I had a major problem with my laptop. A computer-savvy friend, who I thought could fix anything, said this wasn’t something he could do and recommended Computer Alley. They saved my computer - I thought it was a goner – and they were so nice and helpful while doing it. They even answered Qs about my phone and helped me set up some stuff there! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If it were possible, I’d give them 10 stars.

Wow. I have found my "computer place" and it is Computer Alley! If you need help, this is the place to go. At A DIFFERENT business (not this one) had an expensive nightmare with a lot of misinformation, a non-original manufacturer part (which can create big problems), time without my laptop, over $100 in initial cost to diagnose and over $200 quote to fix. I called Computer Alley and was very comfortable with the conversation so took my laptop in. I walked out not more than 20 minutes later with the problem (obviously and externally visible hardware issue) fixed for under $60. Thank you!!

Like me, all of my computer equipment is well kept but...pretty long in the tooth. Finding replacement chords can be a chore. Nobody carries AC/DC power converters in 12 volt DC, 3 to 4 amp output. I mean NOBODY. Not Best Buy, Office Depot, Home Depot, Walmart or Meijer...Even tried Menards. Not even close to 3 amp @12 volts. But...then I found Computer Alley. A small, quaint, little computer shop you would normally miss if not desperate. I'm telling you...They had BOXES UPON BOXES of 12 volt converters going all the way 5 amps. Now, It's on you to know the size of the power connection. (i.e. if it is a 7x3mm or 5.5x2.5 mm connector that mates to your device) but if you can do that you WONT be disappointed! You WILL walk out with what you came looking for and at a fantastic price. The chord cost me 10 dollars out the door. Power converters rang up to 25 bucks at the Outlet stores. Don't pass this place up without trying it out first! You won't regret it!
