Basel was an amazing help. he was so nice and helpful both times i can in getting me taken care of completely and making sure everything was just right. If i break my phone again o would definitely come back up here for help. it’s just a very friendly and welcoming environment. and i got a really cool case too !!

I got a great Refurbished iPhone for my mom here. The sales guy was super great to work with, and they went ahead and put a new battery in to the phone cause it was just on the edge of being “unhealthy”. Earlier this month I also had these guys put in a new battery on my phone and they were really quick and did it just while I was waiting. Definitely recommend this place.

Brought my iPhone here to replace the back glass in order to trade it in the next day. Employee told me to come back in 1-1.5 hours to pick my iPhone back up. I come back 2.5 hours later and he hands me my phone with rubber bands wrapped around it telling me to leave it on for an hour. Excessive glue wrapped around the replaced glass and frame of my phone. About 5 hours after picking up my phone from this location, the phone is completely inoperable according to the Apple Store technician who I saw the next morning. Went without a phone for almost a full day because of this inconvenience and incompetent employee. Wouldn’t recommend coming here AT ALL

Amazing service quick and out the way in a couple of minutes. Very friendly guy as well and taught me ons and outs of iPhone cases. I also recently got my iPad screen fixed. Very great service! I will be coming back.

My phone screen turned black after I had dropped it outside of Hatcher, and I brought my phone here early in the morning to be fixed. I explained what happened to my phone. And after taking a look, he fixed it within 10 minutes for free, citing that the screen wire was disconnected. Thank you!
