Apple Briarwood

The person who worked there he smells so bad like it looked like he didn’t took a shower from two or three weeks, and his breath was also spelling so bad and he was keep touching my hand. He was not letting me check my new phone and keep doing his own stuff like he was like if I let you see the phone and that I’m not able to take the next customer and he was really rude and also oh my God he think, Apple Store need to at least hire people who had good hygiene he was keep touching my hand, pulling the phone from my whole hand and trying to do his own stuff. I paid for unlock phone. At least I need a new phone. I need to do it by myself. He shouldn’t be doing it and Apple needed to hire at least better customer care person

I’ve been going to this store since they opened in Briarwood Mall and always pleased with the staff and service. I did a walk-in yesterday (avoid the weekend crowd) and advised it would take about 4 hours for the repair since they were backed up. No problem, I came back 4 hours later and problem solved. Thanks to Alex and David for their great support. Highly recommended!

I called the store, looking to get in touch with the district manager. A manager from that store answer the phone and was so rude if I was there I would have hit him in his mouth! One day these companies are gonna have to wake up and the young people are going to have to realize with every action there is a reaction. My first Apple Computer was an Apple II C from the early 80s and because of what has gone on today, I refuse to give Apple another penny. Androids here I come.

Bought an iPad Mini straight forward and they charged my debit card for $49.99 for absolutely nothing. I didn't get Apple Care or anything extra. Wasted time and experience. I see that you usher to a certain crowd. That's why I never stood for Apple products. Team Samsung forever!! Your phones are made with Samsung products anyhow

Absolutely incompetent and garbage service- Had an appointment at 1:00, arrived early, and still wasn’t served nearly an hour later, despite people coming in after me receiving service before me. What a joke. What’s the point of set appointment times if you don’t honor it? AVOID this store at all costs, it’s a shame for this to even be considered an Apple Store. I’d say the service was lousy, but they literally didn’t even serve me. Non-existent would be more accurate.
