I needed help with my laptop which I assumed was maybe a poor battery life and brought it in. They kept it for 24 hours and then told me it was “completely dead” and I needed to pay $300 for repairs. I went home and tried to reset it again and it turned right on! I recommend going somewhere else or asking a friend before giving them your money. They couldn’t even tell me what they did to try to find out what the problem is aka did nothing.

Genius Phone "repaired" my phone screen a month ago, since then my screen hasn't been working correctly. Recently I went to pull out my phone and the screen would not work, when I went back to Genius Phone repair to use the warranty that was guaranteed to me when I paid for the new screen, they refused for an unknown reason. Very unprofessional and would not return for any reason.

I had a unique problem that my camera lense was cracked. I was surprised they could fix that part. They were very professional and fixed my screen while I was in class. Lindsay was great. Would definitely recommend!
