Called this place because I was looking for a tech store that could deep clean my PC and get rid of all the dust build up. Dropped my PC off on 12/23/2024. Four hours later I get a call saying it was done, so I head on over pick it up and bring it home. It does not look like they got in here and cleaned at all or they did the bare minimum, air dusting it. 3 stars because they did add 2 fans but I'm not happy with the cleaning. To the comment from the business below. You did not do a thorough cleaning. I told your people when I stopped in that I have an electronic air duster at home and it's not getting it as good as I'd like it and when I called to ask what you guys did you told me your air dusted it. That's not a thorough cleaning. That's quickly air dusting it to get the job done quick. When I dropped it off I specifically said I'm here to get a deep cleaning on my PC because of all the build up. Smoke damage is not true because I don't smoke inside my apartment, that's normal dust build up from over a years worth of use and air dusting, I have pets inside my home as well which is why I came in for a deep cleaning.

I have had problems with my personal computers for months. I tried dozens of different things suggested by YouTube and nothing worked. Dropped it off at A-Tech and 2 hours later it’s working just as well as when I bought it… and I couldn’t believe how reasonable the rates were!! I’ll be skipping YouTube next time. Thank you!

My son's laptop started to swell up. They did a super great job repairing and replacing the items needed. THE best place ever! Geek squad told me that it was unfixable. Best service, Really low prices!! 5 out of 5 stars!!
