Would not recommend to anyone. Purchased a screen repair service and it didn’t last 3 months. Guy gave me attitude and told me it was my fault I didn’t bring back the phone after the 7 day warranty was up, but before the 3 months that it took for issues to arise with the repair, making the phone unusable. It’s bad business to put blame on the customer when the product you’re selling is faulty and will not last, on top of only offering a 7 day warranty. Seems shady to me. Offering a $20 discount, on a $120 repair, so I can pay $220 in total for a service that doesn’t work for the rest of the phones lifespan? That doesn’t sound fair to me at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to someone who can truly repair the phone, and I suggest you do the same if you don’t want to get ripped off and then receive bad customer service on top of it.

Had my cracked screen replaced, no problem. Man suggested i buy a screen protector (he installed). About 2 hrs later it just fell off. Went back to store and was told the only solution was for me to buy another one. Why would I? For a $25 screen protector you lost me as a customer . Bad business.

I will never go here again. Brought my phone to fix the screen and then while they were doing the repair broke the back case of the phone which they needed to order a new part. I was never notified of this issue and when I went to pick up the phone the day after they said it would be done it wasn't ready and the employee couldn't even give me a straight answer as to what happened. Went back when they said it would be done and it wasn't ready still. No one even called from the store to let me know of the delay. When I finally got the phone after being told to come back 4 times it wasn't even fixed nicely. The front screen is not properly on it may work but the screen isn't flush against the phone. The manager even tried to put the blame on one of his new employees which is just shameful.

I arrived to have my phone fixed. The door was locked at 5:35. We pushed the call button and the guy answered and asked if we were trying to rent a uhall. Then when I told him we were looking for phones. He said “We stepped out for lunch and we will be back in 15.” They close at 7pm What’s the point of taking a lunch an hour before closing.

I went to this store on a Sunday evening. The Google page indicated they were open until 7PM. I arrived shortly after 6PM and the store was closed. A Walmart Staff member told me they had close maybe 30 minutes before I arrived. Disappointing because the sign on the store indicated their hours on weekdays are 8AM to 4PM and the weekends were blurred out. I returned on a Monday morning promptly at 8AM. The store was closed. No sign on life. I asked another Walmart Staff member and they indicated that the staff could be in anytime between 8AM and 10AM. And that they are very irregular with their hours. Those are huge red flags for me. If you can't be open when you say you are open, there's big problem with reliability and responsibility toward your customers. I'm taking my business elsewhere (despite the stellar ratings here on this page).
