I have been a customer of the West Springfield Staples for over 20 years, including utilizing their print and tech services. I have a small business in town and appreciate that inventory is always in-stock, they provide friendly customer service, and reward me for my loyalty. Many of the associates have been there for years and seem to work well together as a team.

I had 550 copies to make at Staples and the clerk was very helpful when the paper got stuck and answered any questions I had regarding certain copies. He also cut my paper in half when necessary. Very friendly and helpful.

Rebecca who works in the Print Copy Center of Staples W. Springfield, MA Riverdale Street gets 5 STARS! She is excellent and I am always SO HAPPY to see that she's still there! Outstanding, friendly, very efficient customer service and a real pleasure to see her smiling face. I've shopped Staples for 26 years for my business and it's staff personnel like Rebecca that keep me going back! Thank you Rebecca, thank you Staples!

Male staff in a grey shirt on our Sept 8 visit was very weird. He explained that the store was closing due to blue laws so he could "spend time with his family" (in a frustrated tone). A simple "sir, so sorry but we are closing" would have done it. We also thought it was odd that he walked around for the half hour or so we were there, not appearing to complete any task, and also not once greeting us or asking us if we needed help. He was also rude to two other men, telling them that if they don't "hurry up", "a cashier won't be there for them". Some basic customer service training is clearly needed. It's totally understandable that there is a time where the store closes but the way he went about things was unnecessary and rude.
