Will never be a returning customer! Brought my daily used labtop down with a broken screen, they replaced screen I then could not get to the login page it kept trying to repair. Brought it back they said my hard drive went bad. How? Also my touch mouse on the labtop does not click down anymore on the left side. I now lost everything from that hard drive and am given a blank computer back. They made there money off me and I will never will go there again!

I have been dealing with Brian for 25 years or more. He has built me computers for my specific needs and applications and not all the noise that comes with big box stores. Over the years we have gone from pc's to laptops and he has provided very affordable buying options on new or gently used units and has done all the transferring at a very affordable price. I strongly recommend PC Warehouse !!! Dave

I have read some of the posts and I am sorry to hear that a number of people have had bad experiences. I feel the need to give another side to the story. I have had an ongoing relationship with PC Warehouse for about 20 years. Brian, the owner, is my go to person for everything computer related. Over that 20 years, I haven bought three or four desktops, which he has custom made. If I wanted this or that in it, he put it together with my specification, just like Dell or back in the day, Gateway would have done. I have been happy with each and every one. If there is an issue, I call him and if it is something that needs repair, I bring it in. He has replaced touchscreens on laptops and chrome as necessary. Recently when my son thought he might need a laptop, with certain components, he was willing to take one from the his stock and refit it. His company came through, but the willingness to do this was appreciated. But perhaps the biggest thing was when I was the technology specialist at a school that was in dire need of new computers, he put together 20 computers for the school. Soon after, he did the same for a school where my wife was the tech. Most recently, I called him when I found out some programs were not installing and since I am still using Windows 7, I figured this might be a good time to upgrade to 10. I asked him if I should consider a new system, since the one I have is about four or five years old. He said, not necessary. Just clean out the system, install Windows 10. Be as good as new. He knows what is in the system, since he put it together. Admittedly I am biased, but I feel I have to weigh in for a company that I feel, at least for me, has gone above and beyond

Horrible. They had my Switch Lite for over a week, never called me, and told me they couldn't change out my joysticks. Which is complete lie. We got our money and device back and took it to another shop and the repair was done in less than an hour. They couldn't even figure out how to return my money to my card which they tried to insist on. Finally I was given cash. This shop is just a mess.
