This place is not recommended. Always have a clone of your computer hard drive set aside in case anything goes wrong with your system. This way you can avoid being ripped off by outfits like PC Lan Computers. If you bring your computer to this jerk he will simply erase everything on your drive and reload the original program. Everything will be lost including your favorites and he will charge you $400. If you have a clone ready to go you can simply change the drive and you are like new. Avoid doing business with this crook.

I love this store!! The owner and technicians who work here are all incredibly kind. I've been going here on and off for the past few years for computer advice and they are always willing to share their experience. I needed my laptop fixed and they went above and beyond - not only fixing the problem with the laptop but also replacing the cord that was showing wear, cleaning everything inside and safeguarding loose wires on the inside with electrical tape - they clearly care for the service they provide. Highly recommended, I won't stop coming here!

I have known Bob since I was kid. I have been a customer of PC Lan for many years and just recently back in the area. He is so welcoming and funny. We have great chats while he is helping me. He never tries to sell you something you don't need. Just a great experience. Heading there today.

Got a refurbished printer for a great price that works perfectly! Friendly owner, went out of their way to make sure I had drivers and everything else. Clean shop too, everything is well organized and easy to navigate.

Cost me $75 to have a micro SD reader replaced. Oh and I removed the board AND I supplied the parts for them! Would rate lower but they did do fast/effective work. But I could have bought an upgraded board for less.
