Very Complete service! Very Friendly. It was recommended I bring my Laptop in for a Tune up (Free) every 6 months.

Customer Service was HORRIBLE!! I stopped in after work to make some quick copies. I politely asked a few questions and the woman working had a nasty attitude and acted as though she had no time or even cared. I wanted to print something on cardstock and didn’t realize I couldn’t do so on the self service printers. She informed me that she would have to print it. So I waited for her to finish up with a customer and instead of her helping me she helped a line of people who came in after me. By this time I spent about 40mins in there and still no copies. When she finally came to help she tells me she can’t do anything with the code I received from the print email that she told me to use. Then she tells me I have to send it to another email. Long story short I spent an hour in the store and never got my copies. It was a complete waste of my time 😡. Horrible customer service!!!

Walked in the store, wasn't chased around by an associate, found the chair I wanted, paid for it and left with it. Simple and quick shopping with no bullshit. Perfect.

I want to say Thank you and shout out to Mike who assisted my mother in law and I with a few Amazon returns and when I say a few, I had 3. But my MIL just kept pulling them out, even my eyebrows were raised..🤣 but he was so patient and even pointed out that there was a package that she may have missed, and there was. We are both very appreciative and understand that the customer service industry can be trying so we’re just saying thanks for being patient with us today
