I'm one of a growing number of people experiencing issues with the motherboard from a hp pavilion x360 laptop which is less than 2 years old. I brought it to TECH COMPUTER IN SOUTH BOSTON. They're extremely knowledgeable and have been seeing this exact problem more and more. They tried everything to try and fix my laptop. Knowing I was on a fixed income from SSI and spending close to $675.00 for a laptop is a huge portion of my monthly income, then to have it last just a little over a year of purchase was devastating. My daughter was so thoughtful and since my birthday was coming pitched in on the computer knowing I couldn't afford it on my own. But now I'm being told it could cost as much as the laptop just to get and install a motherboard. I was heart broken. The staff at computer tech felt so bad for me. One of the techs worked at length trying to figure something out and actually got it working I was ecstatic. Went in the next morning, paid a minimal amount compared to the hours this tech put in. But unfortunately it didn't last, the charge never held after getting it home nor did it turn on. So I called and brought it back the next morning. The owner wanted to try a couple more things but in the long run I was refunded my money. Great shop, hardworking, dedicated people who care about the little guy and don't bloat their fees.

Don't bother scheduling a PSI exam here. I waited outside for over an hour today for my AWS Solutions Architect Associate exam, called their number and tried every extension. Nobody ever answered or bothered to show up. If you decided to take the "holiday" off, fine. But make sure you don't let people register for your exams next time.

I went here to repair a Lenovo computer that was having many problems. While the fix took longer than estimated, I was very satisfied with the final product. The service was friendly and informative, and I understood the time delays were caused by the nature of quarantine & lockdown.

This company is slow and unprofessional. I brought my laptop in on a Monday - it has water damage. I have not gotten an update and it is now Friday. I have called and texted and have received either no response at times, the run around, or have been lied to. I walked in one time and the owner did not know where my property was. Do nothing waste your time or money here. They are rude and unreliable.

Do not recommend. Went in for a iPad screen repairs. They didn’t do it properly and experience/communication was very poor. Home button was not even seated properly on one of the devices. I could have done this! For an iPad Pro 12.9 screen and iPad 2 screen repair was charged $526.00. Was given a $50 refund for poor repair job. Frankie dropped them off at my house at 915pm after I couldn’t seem to pick them up in the store. He said he would at my house at 8pm, then 830pm, then no communication. I was highly confused. God bless him. Then he showed up at 915pm. From the beginning experience was not good. I’m a fool for giving them a chance.
