Subject: The Reason for Giving a High Score The reason for giving a high score is the outstanding service I received from Nick and Kevin. Nick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me with printing organization flyers, making the process smooth and efficient. Kevin has consistently been a dependable, helpful and friendly resource during my visits. Their professionalism and dedication are greatly appreciated.

Enjoy going to the Staples stores. Associates are friendly and helpful and in my experience not aggressively selling. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience. Just wish the prices in the store were the same as what is on the App. Or better yet, to entice people to download the app, they could have "member pricing" on the shelf tags so people could tell that it is worth it to have the app, and to be a loyal consumer.

I bought a mouse from this store and tried to return it with the original purchase receipt. Thinking the return policy is like other stores (30days) but looks like stapes is 14day return policy which I wasnt aware of. I came to return on 28th day - product was in original packaging unopened. But the store wasn’t helpful at all. I thought they would do an exception but the guy in customer service was so rude and did not even give a try. Never buying anything from staples, especially for their 14 day policy.

I two weeks ago I purchased an HP printer that was not working correctly: the paper was not feeding into the machine properly, I kept getting "No Paper" messages when there was plenty of paper, it would noit print envelopes, and it would disconnect from the wifi system several times a day. I returned the to the store where I had bought it, and the sales associate (whose name was Heather) gracioiusly and expertly took care getting me a refund and finding me a better machine to purchase in its place.

Went here this pasted Sunday 4-30-23 ,with my dad he needed a "recipe book" . Our Cashier Layla, was super sweet and friendly. I miss our Worcester Staples store they went out of business about 1 1/2 ago, atlease they put one of my favorite stores " TJMAXX/ Home Goods to replace the Worcester Staples. I could get lost in that store. I love shopping there .
