Had a great experience working with Ashley in the print center! We had a large order for our wedding brochures and it must have required 20 or more different tweaks from her to get them just right, but after two hours in the store, and hours more of Ashley (along with Jen and and Andrew!) printing our brochures, they turned out perfectly! Thanks so much to all of you for your efforts!

The associate at Staples, Mr. Brian, was super helpful and went above and beyond what is required to assist me. He took time to explain things to me and tell me about rewards that could help me save money on an order that could have been extremely costly. Staples does it again! Makes sure I buy the right ink for my new printer; gives me rewards for my purchases, and offers some of the best customer service around. I'm never disappointed, and sometimes I'm even surprised by what I DO find there and didn't expect. Most important, the print services are TOP-DRAWER and our non-profit doesn't go anywhere else for its needs! Things are done extremely well and VERY fast. No question, the best service ever!

Staples at Vinnen Sq. Swampscott has great personnel working at this Staples location. They were friendly, patient, and helpful with my returns shipping and my in-store purchase. They gave me helpful advice on how to best take advantage of my rewards. It's a relief to shop at a place where employees have good solid training, and they actually want to help you.
