I have been into this Staples store several times in the past 3 months and the print shop staff, especially Sam, have gone above and beyond to help me create, edit, and print items for my classroom. The past 2 times I have gone in, it has been during the extremely busy holiday season 11/22 and 12/06, and even though there has been a large volume of customers, Sam made me feel that I was valued and that my print job would be completed. In this day and age, customer service has gone by the wayside, however, at store #1558 in Reading, MA, the customer service is exceptional and they treat customers as human beings with kindness, respect, and grace. Thank you, Sam, and the other print shop staff at Reading! You have gained a loyal customer! It is inspiring to find more things to print for my classroom.

I was very pleased with my experience at Staples in Reading, Massachusetts on October 18, 2024. The store was extremely clean, neat and well lit. They were clear to read signs above every aisle to make finding products easier. The people were very friendly who worked there And my cashier Was very helpful to me in selecting the correct cable to charge my iPhone/iPad.

Staples never ceases to amaze me. From tuning up my lap top and helping to create my new business cards. I’m so happy that I found this store and so close to Stoneham too!! Now Nate helped me create a poster, to help me gather new hats & toys for pediatric patients! He’s just wonderful along with other staffers, Marissa and Ben.
