I recently had a great experience at uBreakiFix in Northboro. I was having a problem with my iphone not being able to charge. I did not have an appointment but decided to stop by. I was helped by Ashley, who was very courteous and helpful, with the issue and even assisted me with some other phone-related problems I was having. Great experience and highly recommend to others.

I walked in to have a piece of rice removed from my iPhones charging port. They charged me $31 and some change for this service. On top that the manager argues with me and refuses to sanitize my phone. I requested multiple times to just stop and let me pay, but he wanted to prove his point across. Very unprofessional service and attitude for a manger. Defiantly would not recommend or come back ever.
