I picked up a new computer chair here that was for sale online. The price in the store didn't reflect the store price, but the woman who helped me said to just show the cashier the online price and the sale price would be applied. She was helpful in finding the box from the back and rolling it on a cart to the checkout. The chair was straightforward to assemble at home and has not had any issues.

I just had the best experience there. An older gentleman with a beard helped me out and although he could not fix the issue related with my printer, he truly tried and told me what prevented the fix on the printer, all of this on a printer that was not bought at Staples. This is the kind of experience that will make me return to this store to buy my office equipment there because of customer service just like that :) thank you for sincerely trying to help.

My printing work at Staples (73 Turnpike St., North Andover, MA) has been done with great precision by a very polite employee who knows well her job. I’m entirely satisfied.

Customer services needs to be improved. I sent to 2 files to be printed. They printed the same file 2x and the staff before checking my order told me they only received that way. I had to find the confirmation email and showed her ( has pictures) of what I ordered. Only after she checked that on her computer that she makes a mistake. ( it’s okay everyone makes ) what bothers me that the extra printings she throws away and I asked her instead if she gives me a discount I could keep the extra ones and she simply replay NO. I asked her to speak with the manager ( she said manager said NO as well) That she has to throw away… instead of just have 50% loss they decided to keep 100%. No even apologize or say thank you. That’s really said. Because I never had any issue before.
