I don't like writing bad reviews, especially for local businesses, but I'm obligated to share my terrible experience. To keep it short, they're unresponsive once they have your business. They started the repair without giving a quote, even though I asked for one. Almost every time I called; the guy wasn't at the shop. My laptop was lazily repaired with just epoxy. There is residue on parts that I can't clean off without scratching. I would've rather waited longer for the parts to be ordered and have a quality repair. I'm grateful that my laptop is functioning again, but please do better. Don't make your customers chase you. Be responsive.
