Very poor customer service. The guy was sitting in the back and wouldn’t come out to help us. The Best Buy guys told us the Geek Squad has a five minute window for appts and they “checked their cameras when we walked in” and were six minutes after our appointment time, so they refused to see us.

I went in with a problem with my PC. I dealt with a gentleman named Sam working for the Geek Squad. He was fast, professional, and friendly. Really couldn’t ask for more in an interaction!

Jonathan came to install my 55” TV. He took the old one off the wall mount and put my new one up. Set up my TV for me. Very professional! Excellent service! Geek Squad rocks! Thank you Jonathan!

Had an issue with email not received on iPhone and iPad. Mike of the Geek Squad in Leominster was very thorough and patient in diagnosing the issue and then correcting the problem. I should add that he was pleasant to deal with and courteous.

While the actual representatives at the store are quality humans trying their best and performing the service they promise, there is a systemic issue with geek squad. I have never had a worse guest experience in my life, even as a total tech member. It is impossible to reach the actual people that you are working with, their scheduling system is insane and there is no flexibility or effort on the corporation’s side to make this service convenient. This experience was incredibly frustrating and they held my computer hostage for months. They don’t return calls and I was hung up on 3 times after waiting on hold for 5+ min each time just waiting to speak to an actual human.
