To highly not recommend, replaced my front screen on my IPhone13 pro 240$ they installed a generic screen which resulted me not able to use the Face ID option and the option to tap screen to turn on I have to use the side button and passcode every time, I asked why an apple screen was not installed when I went back they said it’s to expensive. Wanted me to leave it and leave it till the next day. I do not live close to Boston, my thought of a well established business would have this resolved quick they proved me wrong. Apple charges 280$. Sounds like they made some money on this sale with an unhappy customer. Since I cannot respond to your message, yes there was signs of water damage which I also paid for to be removed which you may have possibly done so, then when phone was presented to Apple they said the screen that was installed was not a product of theirs, which then cost me the amount noted and my Face ID does currently work after them replacing with theirs. I do wish no one further wastes their time with generic parts from a unknown manufacturer and then put an outrageous price tag on it and then put blame on customer when it does not work.
