I made an appointment at the Hyannis store. Although I didn't buy my Dell laptop at Best Buy, the technician opened the computer, identified the likely fan problem, and advised me how to get it fixed by Dell. He was very friendly and helpful. Several days later, fan problem appears to be fixed via Dell diagnostics.

For many years I have had incredible kind, helpful and efficient service. I have always touted how caring the service people were to senior citizens. We are not techies and needed information and help. However the help sites and robots are hopeless for us. After spending hours with robots, sites to solve my own problems and not being able to successfully schedule an in-store appointment without spending incredible time getting to a pleasant agent. Felt totally blown off. I’m sure no Best But Amsterdam will ever respond to this review. I never found a site or phone number to mention a problem!!!!

Worst service provider I've ever worked with. I have an ongoing refrigerator issue since February 2023 that I'm trying to get solved but every time Best Buy makes it even worse. I bought a refrigerator that got damaged by the delivery team. I requested the exchange in February and just now I was able to get it "delivered. They made me buy a new refrigerator and told me I would be reimbursed for the damaged one after the removal. When I made the second purchase I asked to have the damaged refrigerator hauled ate the same time as I don't have room for 2 in my house. Today they got to my house and the delivery person told me that they would just deliver the new one. I asked them to remove the other one because I have asked for. They called their supervisor and this person literally cancel my whole order and the delivery guy left with the new refrigerator. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. I do not recommend buying any big items from them. And if you need to contact their customer service. GOD BLESS YOU. You will need to be very patient.

After driving in a snowstorm for over an hour to get to my appointment, I arrived 6 minutes late. I waited while the geek talked to another customer about his, later appointment. By the time he checked me in it was 16 minutes after my appointment time. I simply needed to drop off my laptop because the on switch didn’t work. I got no consideration from the Geek Squad, was treated rudely and asked to leave. I’ll never go back or buy anything at Best Buy again.

After trying for 30+ minutes to talk to someone, I decided to go in to Best Buy and was told I had to call for an appointment. After waiting for 20 minutes, Zack was available to help. He got the laptop working by simplly holding down the power key. That only worked until I got home. Today I tried to call for another appointment. Again, after an hour of elevator music I gave up. I will attempt another walk-in tomorrow.
