New PC laptop with difficulty connecting external monitor and keyboard/mouse. Called Todd at Good Geeks and he's a great geek! Super helpful and was able to fix my issue on the spot. Thanks Todd! Look forward to coming back and visiting the gift shop as well inside of Good Geeks.

My boss wanted a new computer. I purchased one but Best Buy but they don't move everything over from the old to the new. The 1 program I needed was on the desktop. I just couldn't figure out how to transfer it when I remembered GOOD GEEKS! Of course I needed it before the weekend. I drove down from Quincy and dropped it off with Todd. He fit me in, thankfully , because everyone needed their computer fixed before Christmas. Not only did Todd solve my problem, his hourly rate is incredibly reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with Todd.

I recently converted several reels of film to mp4 files. Considering these were nearly 50 year old super 8, the results were excellent. One film was slightly off frame, and Kat re-converted it. They are super nice and easy to work with. NOTE THAT THEY HAVE MOVED TO 540 NANTASKET AVE, HULL MA.

I brought my iMac Pro into Good Geeks today. Big shout out to the owner for his amazing and on the spot service. He told me that the screen was super expensive to fix, and he sent me the links to Amazon, via email, for a method to make the laptop work!! Gotta love it!! Thanks so much Good Geeks!!

I just had a new customer discussion with someone at Good Geeks. I asked a few questions about some very simple IT things I need done and the technician(?) I was speaking with abruptly said "I guess we're not what you are looking for" and literally hung up on me. New customers be warned. These guys are not "Good" at customer service.
