When it came time for a new lap-top, I consulted Ryan on a variety of related issues. I found his advice well thought out and I hired him to set up the new HP, install Windows (including all updates and drivers), and transfer the mountain of files and browser data developed throughout my 46 year career. Ryan is a knowledgeable and personable young man who delivered on-time and within budget. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and I highly recommend him.

My laptop developed several software issues which severely reduced its functionality. These were all resolved by Ryan at C-Mass Tech Repair. I was impressed in two ways by his communication skills. First, he listened carefully to my description of the issues and made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted. Second, he touched base during the repair so that I was aware of how the project was progressing. I was also pleased with the speed of the work. He resolved all laptop issues in a day. I contacted the store to replace the broken laptop screen and Ryan was supposed to get back to me within 1 week to replace the screen, as soon as it arrived. I have made several contacts with the store for 2 weeks and have not received any response from them. They literally don’t care about the customer. I do not recommend.
