Walked in after having a terrible experience at another Apple store and I explained to Matt the manager what happened to me and he was extremely helpful. It’s experiences like this that make customers feel valued but also build loyalty. I highly recommend this store for your repair needs

I broke my old iphone 8. The staff here got me sorted with a new SE3 and helped me get all my pics and settings restored to my new phone. Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful. There were no hard sales techniques used. I went in anxious and walked out calm.

I went in with my daughter to look at a new watch band, I find the band I want and walk up to someone doing nothing asking to cash out and they said they I don’t do that and I have to wait for sales associate,ok no problem. Then security starts hovering around dressed like he’s going into battle mind you there’s 4 emplyees with red shirts taking amongst theselves doing nothing while I’m waiting. So then sale associate comes out 5mins later and was about as useful as a poopy flavored popsicle. Couldn’t complete the sale due there machine not accepting my debit card for some reason, when it has before. The whole experience was trash and makes me want to get an android.

I have had to have my phone serviced twice in the last 30 days due to unrelated events, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and the Genius Bar experts. Each time they explained things with kindness and clarity. My phone was fixed easily and within hours. Special shout out to the staff from yesterday as I was a walk in appointment that was hoping to be seen ASAP due to upcoming travel. Thank you to Stephanie, Michael, and the other customer service rep (Who had a pixie cut I think it was Jan?). Y'all rock! Make sure to always always get apple care and know your apple ID and password down pat. It makes the experience a breeze.
