Jeromy is an upstanding businessman. He underquoted me a price for repair but held to his word on pricing. A few days later, I noticed an issue with my laptop's sound output and he fixed that for free as well as it happened during repair. Great guy and would recommend to anyone for their laptop repair!

I've have three computers built here, two of them were finished the same day. The third had a defective part, and he was able to find me a replacement. He also stayed 30 minutes after closing making sure everything worked so I could take it home that day. Overall a great experience. This is the place to go for your computer needs.

My laptop had picked up a virus so I did a search on my phone for computer repair near me and one of the shops that came up was Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. I called and talked to Jeromy who asked me a couple questions and said to bring it in. I dropped it off Saturday morning and got a call from him a little while later letting me know it was done. The virus had come from one of the widgets that pop up when you go to the lower left corner of your screen. He explained how they get in and what not to do if you get one. All in all it's better to stay away from the widgets. I never knew that shop was there and I'm glad I found it. If you have any problem with your computer, give Jeromy a call.
