Rachel was fantastic!! Bought a printer - she set up the extended warranty plan I purchased right on my iPhone without asking me - one less thing I have to do!!! She was super helpful, very efficient and just a pleasure to deal with!!! 2 days prior I had a lovely gentleman assist me w/ an HDMI cable & I purchased an office chair. I paid the extra to have it assembled - it was ready the next day & they called me to let me know it was ready. It was put together perfectly!! I cannot say enough about both experiences!! I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name to give credit where credit is due. Amazing experience both times!! Thank you!!!

The folks who work in the printing and marketing services section are TERRIFIC. If I have any problems they resolve them. They readily offer suggestions and new ideas for me to consider. They are a great resource.

On New Years Day, I placed an online pick up order for 2 Roku Sticks at this store. About a half hour after I placed the order, I went to the store to pick it up. I approached the front counter, and the associate who was at the front was very rude, condescending, & dismissive. She stated that they hadn’t received my order. “We don’t have it.” I told her when I placed the order and that I had received a confirmation email. “You ordered from Staples?” was her reply. I showed her the email. She again stated that they didn’t have my order. I asked if I could just go get the sticks myself since I was already at the store. She then asked her coworker to go to the back and get a Roku stick, and I had to inform him that it was 2 sticks, not one. She then took over a customer he was serving so she didn’t have to deal with me anymore. He came back not even 10 seconds later with two Roku sticks. I clearly inconvenienced her to take a few steps. Based on the customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Went for a passport photo. 5 employees 1 customer and they passed me around like a hot potato. 2 decided to go on break. A person who appeared to be the manager said he was busy. The guy at the cash register said he couldn't leave the cash register. So I left. Whatever happened to costumer service?
