I was told a time period when they would arrive to my place and mount a tv. The cost is not insignificant. During that time, I received no confirmation of my appointment and what was supposed to be a time slot of 11:30 to 3:30 ended up being way past 7pm. I waited all day in my apartment and constantly called customer support. They couldn’t help much because they wouldn’t give me the contractors information. Overall, bad experience and not even sure how I am going to get my TV.

Tom the associate for geek squad is the best employee there. Anytime I ever needed help with anything I had any questions he was always there to help me out he never had a problem with it. Very professional and knowledgeable. My remote starter malfunctioned a couple times and I went to him to get it fixed and it was a great experience every time. This guy needs more recognition then what he already gets. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody.

Made a simple appointment for 2:20pm to fix my iPhone screen. There’s no line at all yet I had to wait over 25 min for someone to talk to me. They run diagnostics on my phone (takes another 20-25min) then they go in the back and come out just to tell me they don’t have the right screen to replace my iPhone with. Big waste of time. Their site claims same day repairs and I specified which type of iPhone I had before arriving. They don’t respect your time at all.
