I went into the store today to return a HP printer, because I’m so disgusted with HP tech support. Moving toward, I ended up getting a Cannon and got the best, and most awesome service from a young man name SRAN CANNON. Not only did he make me feel better by listening (that means a lot when your pissed) but he told me about some savings,, help me with the app and mentioned the rewards program. He was extremely patient and MADE MY DAY. Thank you Sean, I really appreciate your help.

I am currently at store now, having an issue with self service printing, I have been calling an associate! All they do is ignore eye contact and chitchatting and dancing in a corner!! Ridiculous behavior!! Wasting my time!! I would have rated a zero!! Update: Jistin from the same store helped me and he was so kind and mindful!! But the 3 other women in the printing area are ridiculously useless!!
