I recently visited the fantastic Genius Planet and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I stepped in, the friendly and knowledgeable staff greeted me with a warm smile. They patiently listened to my requirements and guided me towards the perfect cellphone that met all my needs. The store had a wide range of options to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to provide detailed information about each model. The purchasing process was smooth, and I left the store feeling confident in my decision. Overall, this store exceeded my expectations with its exceptional customer service and extensive selection. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a new cellphone!

I brought a bunch of cell phones that have been laying around the house with cracks and other issues. Despite the store being incredibly busy, the person repairing the phones was patient, knowledgeable, and skillful. He made the experience phenomenal! I was so encouraged to see this right here in my neighborhood! AND the price was so reasonable! I will be bringing my other electronics here as well!

Excellent service whether you are making a purchase, paying your phone bill, dropping off a package or requesting customized t-shirts Genius planet provides great service. Costumers even stop by to ask for help with questions that are not related to phones/computers, Adi and his team are always willing to go the extra mile and help out those in his community. Genius Planet is a staple in our community. Thank you Adi and your team for providing exceptional service throughout the years.

I've had 3 UPS packages delivered to Genius Planet in the last year. Each time, the customer service experience has been sub-par, but the most recent one has forced me to write this review. My package was dropped off at Genius Planet on 12/20. Unfortunately I couldn't get to it until 12/24. I gave the employee my ID and I confirmed the address on the package is the same as the ID. She goes and checks, comes back and says my package was not there. I double checked my email and she asked for a tracking number, which I provided. She went to check again and said it wasn't there. Another employee said "Let me double check". I was at a loss. I asked the woman what should I do and another gentleman (who was on the phone) said "Contact UPS" and left it at that. Seconds later, the employee that went to double check came back with my package in hand. The woman originally helping me seemed stunned. The only thing that kept me from losing my cool was that it was Christmas Eve, I had other places to get to and this gentleman was actually helpful. At this point I'd rather risk having my packages left on my front steps than have to go back to Genius Planet.
