I had a baffling experience with this location that comes across a bit scammy. When I first visited the store for my phone repair, they quoted me a price and had me pay for it before the work was completed because they needed to order a part for it, which was perfectly fine with me. After the part arrived, I dropped my phone off. There was some confusion about whether I paid already, which didn't make sense to me because isn't it their policy to make customers pay for parts prior to service and can't they just look up the payment history on my account?But I was told it must be some mixup and so I left. I later get a call explaining that my repair was complete, but there wasn't a record of my payment. I told them I already paid and that I would bring my receipt when I came to pick up my phone. At pickup, they told me I hadn't paid, I showed them my receipt, then they said they refunded my payment but it didn't post on my bank account yet. Wtf, which one is it?!?!? Then they asked me to pay AGAIN, this time a highter price than what I already paid. They said they misquoted me originally. So why didn't they say that from the start, that they had to make a refund because of a price adjustment? Instead up to that point I was told I never paid at all. I think it's crazy to ask a customer to pay for a service, after having proof the payment was already paid and without any evidence the refund was issued. Why would I trust that the refund was issued if they were convinced I never paid even though I had a receipt???

Bad customer service and when I went to get my z fold 6 fixed which was under warranty and under insurance too (samsung care) they told me it would cost $250 and 4-8 days to repair so I went to their branch in boston and they were way better. They fixed it for $99 as it should since it is under insurance and they repair it in only one day.

Great service !!! I went in at 2:30 and they were able to take my iPhone 11 and fix the screen . He did mention that he had a couple of phones before need to fix but had it done by 420 pm ! Great price too

Staff is pleasant but bad experience. Was sent by Verizon to repair failing screen on Pixel 8, a common problem. Staff told me it was readily fixable, could do in a few hours the next day. Came back next morning, while finishing up process told it would take 1-8 days, as they had to "communicate with Google" through the process (one which takes about an hour and it's already a Verizon phone - and under Google warrantee anyhow). Cannot be w/o phone due to work, so not an option. Realized after I left I probably could have paid upfront to get done right away (?) which is something prior client was more or less offered, which makes me wonder re scam by Assurion?

I made an appointment on the website, which asked me what type of device I use, and I clicked “Surface Pro” on the drop-down menu. Then I went and waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out this location doesn’t fix Surfaces. That information should have been on the website!!
