This Brief Review begins more than ten years ago when I first consulted with MacDoc for help. It is only now that I am writing it down for the public. Mr.MacDoc is smart, kind, very helpful and patient. We have met in person, he has made house calls to me, and we work over the telephone. He has always helped me in the most positive and timely manner. I recommend him and his services to our community wholeheartedly. And, at this time of year, being grateful and thankful, needing as I do, help with so many things , Mr. MacDoc is a treasure. JDC

Joshua was quick to respond to my inquiry and was very honest and straightforward regarding the issues with my iMac and how much it was going to cost me to fix. Ultimately I decided it made much more sense to get a new computer, but he easily could have convinced me to get a repair and take the business. Now that's the kind of business you can trust!

I had hard to diagnose problems with a 6 year old Imac, and Joshua walked me through a lot of steps to get things right. I had expected to be steered to the sales part of things, but he just made sure my machine was working as it should (and it now does!) without my having to bring it in etc. Like having a very, very knowledgeable friend in the business.
