uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Came here during hours of operation, store is closed. UPDATE: 02/10/2025 - After calling ahead of time and getting into contact with one of the technicians at this location, I was able to address potential issues with my phone, and receive a few options for repair. Once parts were ordered, which I did with the tech over the phone, I called back on the date they stated the part would come in, and they stated I should make an appointment for the installation. I made the appointment, and the issue was resolved within 2 hours, which was the time they said it would take. They were very knowledgeable, and there was no pricing surprise as the price was discussed ahead of time. So, after having the initial issue which was very frustrating, I would only say to always call ahead of time as the hours of operation online may be inaccurate.

Great! After a bad experience with the store in Cambridge, tried these guys for a Pixel 8 screen replacement. They were terrific, special shout out to Jake. Very helpful over the phone. Came in the next day, he explained everything, and had the screen replaced in 2 hours. Couldn't have been easier or more pleasant.

Dropped off my laptop to be repaired. I gave them my charger because it has to be plugged in to even turn on (needs a new battery; not the reason I brought it in). I go to pick up laptop 3 weeks later; they don’t have the charger. Argued with me back and forth claiming I never dropped one off and if I did it would have been noted in their system. No apology or any type of attempt to rectify the issue; just kept telling me no, I never left it with them. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Edit: to follow up- not only did they lose my charger, they did not fix my laptop. They told me the motherboard needed to be replaced and tried to sell me a replacement laptop. After taking it home, researching and trouble-shooting it myself, I was able to fix it within 1 day. There was an issue with Windows, nothing to do with the hardware. Place is an absolute scam.

Their hours posted on their website aren't what you'll find posted on the wilted piece of paper taped to the inside of their Burlington door. All of their hours have been altered with NO mention of Friday hours (I guess it's whatever they feel like that day... must be nice).

I dropped Samsung phone for repeating the inner screen, and they broke the outer screen they told me the reason they broke the outer screen. Due to scratch
