Totally unacceptable service. Though most of the staff seemed friendly upon entering, their return policy and service is by far the most horrific. After bringing in my phone to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the broken parts, not only was $530 criminal enough for a price, but the fact that the parts they sell are fake, pretty much proves that they've scam customers. I paid for a 14 Plus back glass replacement that was $212, and suspected that it was a fake since it didn't have the connector to the motherboard. I looked up the price and can get an authentic one for under $50. Was refused a refund and highly recommend to never go to their repair stores ever again. I for sure will not.

Clearly an establishment built on lies and scams that extend to more than just their name. After a nearby distributor-endorsed business told me they did not have stock for a screen to replace my cracked one for my model of phone, I gave the mall a chance to see if they had stock or could offer me a better deal. When I walked in, I was politely greeted, but the pleasantries ended there. After informing one of the workers that I'd like to see how much a repair for my broken screen would cost, he grabbed my phone and ripped off the screen protector without hesitation, an action clearly unnecessary as it was obvious my screen was broken. He took the phone out of the case and randomly pressed some buttons. Then, he picked up his phone and contacted someone, and informed me that the replacement would cost an absurd amount without any explanation. The price he offered was almost double what the approved establishment gave me; after I questioned it, he began to get angry and demanded to know how much I was willing to pay, among several undiscernible excuses. I barely managed to get my phone back and left to a string of curses at my back. Moreover, their equipment was clearly old and dirty, and I would not trust them with any fine action related to technology. I recommend visiting the approved business nearby (ubreakifix) to fix a broken device in order to avoid horrid customer service and scamming.

Shady operation - Buyer Beware! I was having issues with the main microphone and USB C port on my Galaxy S21. The tech said he replaced the mic / USB board for $127.50. The mic was working when I left but a handful of days later I tried plugging into my truck for Android auto but it didn't work. The following day the mic wasn't working again as well. I went back about 9 days after the initial repair and the owner said they only warranty up to 7 days. When I asked him repeatedly if he had replaced the parts that he stated he did, he insisted he did. He offered he could repair it again for the discount amount of $85.00. I left at that point. I bought the new board from Amazon for less than $20 and watched a couple of YouTube videos and had it repaired in about 40 minutes going very slow and careful. The original tagged Samsung board was still there - it was never replaced as stated.

SCAM: Store employees can be shockingly antagonizing and dismissive. I explained I needed an iPhone grip that was durable and magnetic. They sold me a grip that ended up not being magnetic, and it broke after only a couple weeks. When I explained this to them, they scoffed at me and said everything breaks (it was a weird and belittling lecture). When I said that this was bad business practice they laughed and said they did not care if they lost my business. This was especially upsetting because they originally pressured me into the purchase despite my suspicions about product quality. I believe they will say anything to get the sale.
