Appt for a media screen to replace radio. Severed my fog lights. Now I have to pay someone to fix those. 1.5 hrs appt took over 3 hours and got the added bonus of losing my lights. Horrible.

I had one of the worst experiences with Geek squad at Best Buy in Burlington, MA. The associate that was helping me out refused to send my laptop out (a laptop that I got at Best Buy) because he couldn’t find the receipt for the product. Associate claimed that he needed receipt in order to see what parts the laptop needed if certain parts needed to be replaced. I do not understand why a receipt is needed to confirm what parts are used in the laptop instead of using the serial number on the laptop. Associate kept brushing off my questions and flat out refused to help me at all; he was very rude and I don’t think he knew what the hell he was doing cause I’ve never had a problem before when I previously taken my laptop in to be fixed. I have never been asked for a receipt in order to get my laptop looked at/fixed. I do NOT recommend coming to the Best Buy in Burlington to get your electronics fixed by Geek Squad - go somewhere else!

Worst service ever...quite lazy, slow, totally inefficient operation. Quite disappointing when a technology company is unable to meet consumers request for fast service. The place needs a new operations manager.

Sat at their Burlington location for 2 hours waiting for an online order. Staff has no idea about my order. Recommended I call their hotline. 40mins on hold and no answer……
