Daniel assisted me for my Genius Bar appointment. Truly a fantastic experience, smooth and clear communication, knowledgeable, just overall exponentially better than I was expecting. Will gladly make the trek downtown if I have an issue in the future.

My experience at the Apple Store was exceptional. The store’s minimalist design and open layout immediately created a sense of the future, which really attracted me. I was impressed by the simplicity and elegance of the product displays, which made it easy to interact with the devices. The staff, known as "Geniuses," were highly knowledgeable and attentive. They were quick to offer assistance, and I felt like they really understood the products inside out. The Genius Bar was truly helpful, and the service felt personalized and professional. The overall shopping experience was smooth and stress-free, with no aggressive sales tactics or distractions. Although Apple’s prices are higher, the premium customer service and creative products(especially Vision Pro) made it worth the visit. I would highly recommend the Apple Store to anyone seeking a technological and luxurious shopping experience.

There’s a solid denial about how long it takes to go through a giant line to buy an iphone. Happy to wait how ever long it takes… but don’t say 15 minutes when you KNOW it’s 35-50 minutes… just poor customer service. I don’t mind waiting for something I need… but set expectation’s correctly to prevent upsetting your customers.

Excellent and amazing experience at this apple store. Got tremendous help trading my MacBook for a newer one.

I had a horrible experience. Their geek bar or whatever it's called are so rude and not helpful. I purchased a laptop a month ago. The new laptops are having screen flickering issues. I explain that I got this a month ago and nothing was wrong with the laptop 2 hours before and they allege that I caused it so it's not covered. Not a mark on the screen- no indication on the laptop that I caused it yet they refuse to cover it but I can get it fixed for 700. Again, just purchased this laptop. What a joke. Go to the Cambridge side store they're 100000x nicer and more helpful. You'd think if you spend that much on their products they'd be semi coherent and nice but no. Horrible company.
