The Fix - Phone Repair, Tablet Repair and Accessories

This man repaired and gave me my life back. The phone looked better than it did when I bought it on Amazon s21 screen was pricey but he used oem parts basically and he does offer cheaper screens and is honest about what you get. Cost about 220 to get a new screen we waited about 37 minutes and by the time I was finished my bubble tea 🧋 it was complete. He even offers a warranty which is HUGE. Will be my full time phone repair guy. Even seen some used iPhone he repaired and is for sale they are honest best prices ive seen. I would definitely be coming back to get a iPhone whenever Apple starts to add features that don't cost a ton. Anyway honest opinion this guys the best there is in my area. He's located upstairs by coscso side. Next to a wine store I believe.

TLDR: Quick fix, but store does not seem to take responsibility for collateral damage. I had a Samsung Galaxy S10e screen replacement. Very quick fix, but the fingerprint reader stopped working afterwards. Went back to the store and was told that there was nothing they could do, because the fingerprint reader could not be replaced, because it was a part of the frame. The frame had been replaced with the screen, because the screen came with the frame. When I asked for a partial refund, I was shown the "No Refund" sign near the cashier and was told that because the fingerprint reader was not a part of the screen, they are not responsible for it. Feels kinda bad to have a part of the phone broken by a technicality.

Honestly, I should have wrote this a long time ago, I went there to get my iphone battery replace. After coming back home, my phone stop working, so I came back the next day, and this different worker check and said that there some moisture on the battery, and kept going at me if I had the phone near any water, and I told him my phone was in my bag almost the entire day, and he kept gaslighting me saying that i could have a water bottle in the bag or some moisture in the bag. I DID NOT, the inside of my bag is dry. The accusation is insane. I didn't get my money back nor did I got it fix. So much money down the drain from a place that wouldn't take some accountability to fix my phone.

They have 0 customers service. They sold me open case iPhone case which was much cheaper in Amazon . When I asked to return and get the store credit , very rude ( super rude) sales person refuse to that. Their location in Bethesda Montgomery Mall is the worst experience in customer service.
