I recently had the Geek Squad install front and rear dashcams in both of my cars, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, I was amazed at how knowledgeable and prepared the team was. They took their time to ensure the installation was done with care and precision—no rushing whatsoever. Throughout the process, they were incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable asking any and all questions I had. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I’d highly recommend the Geek Squad if you’re looking for a top-notch dashcam installation.

Do not get your apple products serviced here. I had an appointment, showed up at the scheduled time, only for them to tell me the appointment was cancelled because the one person who can replace Apple batteries is out. A cancelled appointment would have been completely fine had they bothered to give me even an hours notice so I could schedule another one before wasting my time walking there.

Omg Peter is supper amazing and very professional,he fixed my dads desktop quickly and assisted us with all the updates on it,he was very patient with him since he’s old and knew less of anything,am honestly impressed..a friend told me not to come to this part of Best Buy of Wheaton seemed unreliable due to some experience he had but PETER really proofed us wrong .He deserves a raised am surly coming back everytime and would recommend this place to my friends &family ofcourse will recommend PETER ❣️

Geek Squad or the associate that was next to geek squad was very rude. I def understand the no appointment, I jus asked if they can see if it turns on and he was like they won’t even see you w.o an appointment. Your a business, at least help considering there was no line and you weren’t doing anything but telling me to leave
