AWESOME! This place ROCKS!! Especially Val who was not only helpful, but knowledgeable, and extremely friendly (unlike my service provider [AT&T] who said my camera was broken and walked away). This place was recommended by a coworker and in two hours the camera on my iPhone 11 was fixed. Price was reasonable ; way cheaper than getting a new phone. If you need help, this is definitely the place to go. Five stars is not enough to rate this wonderful service.

I recently visited uBreakiFix because I thought my phone charger was broken. It would only charge if I wiggled it into a certain position, and if the charger got tapped, it would stop charging altogether. When I went into the store, I explained the issue and asked how much it would cost to fix. The staff member took my phone to the back and returned within just a few minutes. They told me there was only a bit of lint in the charging port and cleaned it out for me—free of charge! I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Instead of trying to upsell me or claim there was a bigger problem, they simply fixed the issue and sent me on my way. It’s so refreshing to find a business that values integrity over making a quick buck. Thank you, uBreakiFix, for the excellent service! Highly recommend this place for anyone with tech repair needs.

I dropped my phone face down, and the display completely stopped working. I took it to uBreakiFix the next morning. The staff was super nice and professional, and they had my phone back to perfect condition within the same day! I couldn’t be happier with the fast service and friendly experience. I’ll definitely return in the future if I need another repair. Highly recommend!

UbreakIfix Westminster I rarely give reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about this store, and particularly Chris. He provided excellent customer service. Patient, kind, never appeared to be annoyed with my many questions or being on endless hold while we tried to get the insurance work straight. Ultimately, it got worked out. He was able to restore my phone and it works beautifully, while others just wanted to sell me a new phone. He was efficient, knowledgeable, understanding and calm in this stressful situation. Can't say enough about Chris, others I met or observed at the store were nice, knowledge and provided good customer service, but Chris was a cut above. He is an asset to your store and company. Thank you again to Chris for his professionalism and calm demeanor making a potentially very bad, stressful situation less stressful. I would recommend this UbreakIfix store to others.

My phone needed a new battery. I originally took it somewhere else, but they said they would likely break the screen if they were to try to replace it (I appreciate their honesty). Not an issue here: the replacement was prompt and hassle free.
