Horrible go elsewhere. Walked in after climbing 2 stories and told u should have made appt. Man on computer watching a movie. . Told girl who makes appts isn't here. Men explained numerous times I am new and after I explained my issue told we do business accounts we might be able to do something remotely. Messaging his boss Zach who was out of office and told when Zach returns he has something important to do and can't help us. They are not repeat not an advocate for those who have personal issues with their computer.

Absolutely perfect service. This is a 5 star company. Liam was my tech and was able, from start to conclusion, hold my hand through the detailed process of building my CPU. I feel like I have a college degree in computer science after visiting with him! They take your budget into sincere consideration, your time is valued, and their response time is prompt and informative. Liam took extra special care to make sure all of my questions were answered, taking extra time in the appointment to go above and beyond.
