I reached out to this company back in September to get my laptop screen fixed. The number on Google was 301-751-5869 at the time. I prepaid for the part as they said they had to order it. On September 20th they called and left me a voicemail saying it was finally in stock after some sort of delay because originally they told me it wouldn't take that many days to arrive. The part arrived. I brought my laptop up to the mall and left it there for a few days. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my laptop. I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. He basically told me he couldnt help me and that they changed thier number. Now when i look on google it says the store number is 240-633-9373. This is unacceptable and i deserve for my laptop to be fixed or this company owes me a brand new laptop for heir negligance on informing customers that they were getting rid of team members while parts where being ordered that customers were still waiting on. They literally told me they broke the bezzle while replacing my screen that it was on them and that they were ordering a new one. This is not right

My daughter brought her son's tablet in to have the screen fixed on Nov 1st. They said the part would take 5 business days to come in. The first screen came in defective, so they had to order a new one, ok no problem. On Nov 22nd she went up there because she hadn't heard anything an it was a completely new business. The person working there gave her a number to call. She called and left messages but never received a call back. They still have the tablet and we have no way to get in touch with them. They stole the tablet!!!! And now the store is completely empty. Phone number has restriction so you can't call it. Noticed they have padded their reviews by have people give 5 stars WHEN THEY WEREN'T EVEN OPEN AT THE TIME!!

Worst fixing company I took my Apple Watch to do a diagnosis and they charged me 40 dollar but they gave it back the same without doing nothing to it. They didn’t tell me what was wrong with it .

Every time I’ve been in I’ve had a different tech. Everyone is very nice and helpful! Repair on my iphone11 screen and a free case and screen protector! Love it!
