Phone Repair Stop - Phone Repair and Cracked Screen Fix Waldrof

I went Saturday ( Sep 14th ) to get my screen repaired, the very next day ( Sep 15th ) I received a phone call and once I got off of the phone, my screen started glitching and the screen went completely black however I still felt the vibrations when I touched the screen. ( I NEVER DROPPED THE PHONE, THE SCREEN WAS PERFECTLY FINE ) Sep 16th around 12:30pm I went back to the shop because my screen blacked out and they have a 15 day warranty. The man plugged my phone up and stated that my phone doesn’t charge at all which is crazy because I just charged my phone that night and I plugged it up before the screen blacked out and seen the battery icon on the dead screen. After he opened up my phone, He told me that I have to take my phone to apple to get fixed because the screen is fine and my charger port is broke. My phone worked before I took it to this shop. I asked for a refund since he wasn’t trying to fix the problem and he stated he had to take the screen off, if he gave me my money. I asked if they had my old screen he said no and took the screen off and gave me my phone back with no screen and said that I need to take my phone to apple to get it fixed. He also didn’t give me back my pink and gold butterfly case that I purchased from the store. They damaged my phone! My phone was perfectly fine other than the screen before I took it to get fixed! DONT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. I will definitely be reporting this business.

I had the worst experience with this phone repair shop! I brought my phone in for a screen replacement, and after they "fixed" it, it was worse than before. Not only did the screen have visible defects, but my phone started malfunctioning within hours. the touch screen was glitching, and it even froze completely a few times. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude when I came back to complain. I returned the phone for them to fix the issues, and when I got it back, it was completely broken — the screen was shattered, and the battery was draining faster than ever. It's like they made my phone worse with every "repair" attempt. I finally take it somehere else and they tell me, the reason it broke again is because this shop forgot to put any of the screws back in. I would NEVER trust them with my phone again. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your phone to end up in worse shape than when you first brought it in. Save your money and your device!

I called 3 other repair shops in the Waldorf area and they were the cheapest and fastest. I walked in and was greeted by one of the representatives there. He immediately looked at my phone and started to work on it. The whole process took about 10 minutes and it was still $25 cheaper than the other place had quoted me.
