Mr. Wetter was very helpful. I had just built my new PC and couldn't figure out why I couldn't get BIOS to update and why I had no display on my screen. A quick Google search in my area and he popped. Gave him text which he responded in a timely manner. He was upfront and very honest on a timeline. Even finished the job before his estimated time frame. Did my wire mamagement and made everything look perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone who is having PC trouble.

The battery in my laptop needed to be replaced. Werter responded to my voicemail the same day I called. He informed would notify me when battery was received as it had to be ordered. True to his word, the next day I was notified. I dropped off my laptop that evening and It was ready the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service. The price to replace the battery was very reasonable. Werter is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business.

***Update: Lowering my rating because the owner keeps harassing me to take down the review and trying to contact me while im in class. 😬 yikes man very unprofessional, just take the criticism and enjoy your 129 positive reviews and move on*** Before paying he told me it was gonna be 2 hours of labor maybe 3 max. Charged me for 4 hours even though Im a broke college student and he knew. I knew the issue and told him the issue over the phone yet somehow still took 4 hours. My issue was fixed and I paid the $340, but I mostly went because I knew the issue just didn't know how to fix it. Not worth the price I paid. He fixed issues and gave advice, but I only asked for one service while he constantly tried to upsell. If you know anything about computers, do it yourself, if you know nothing and you need a build he would be fine. To be honest Im a Computer Science Major, the service wasn't worth $255, but I was prepared to pay that, wasnt prepped for that $340.

V-tech is the best of the best, Werter is a pro and can accurately diagnose even the most obscure problems. Every few years I run into a few random issues that really stumped me and my "techy" friends and everytime I take it to Vtech and end up with a computer that works better than when it was brand new. I genuinely can't recommend V-Texh enough.
